okay so here's my idea: picture two young twenty-somethings living in a large studio with an even bigger group of people down in soho. the two young adults are artists, although they are also college dropouts. bonding immediately, the duo forms a tight-knit friendship that quickly (and very suddenly) blossoms into a stormy, passionate, and sensitive love affair. the two use each other for artistic inspiration and because of this, they're art is slowly but surely becoming recognized in the modern art world. but with recognition comes fame which then comes parties of some sort. one of the pair (we can discuss whether it's my character or yours) gets lost somewhere in the party scene as they begin to dabble in drugs and excessive drinking all while claiming it "enhances the artistic experience." basically, bullshit excuses for their actions. anyway, this puts a great strain on the duo's love affair, and the storyline would basically be the two of them fighting, making up, fighting again, making up even better than before with drugs, alcohol, partying, and the modern art world of soho and nyc mixed in. i would prefer to play the female, and we can also discuss which pbs. if a community comes around, we can probably bring them there, but for now... we could just do it via aim/threading. comment if interested :-)
